Carol: 5 years with Back Cove Yachts

In celebration of 5 years with Back Cove Yachts, Carol agreed to take time out of her busy schedule to answer a few of our questions. Over the last five years she has done an amazing job making sure Back Cove continues to run smoothly, and keeping everyone on their toes. Carol is an essential part of the Back Cove team, and we are so thankful for her, and all our  associates like her. Thank you, Carol, and congratulations!

Survivor, (by Destiny’s Child?) – I’ve been through a lot and still keep going.

What movie, no matter how many times you’ve seen it, do you have to watch every time it’s on?

Rob Roy, Dirty Dancing, and any romantic comedy.

How honest are you?

I don’t sugar coat, if you ask a question I figure you want an honest answer. I tell people they have to be careful what they ask me, I’m an open books and I may not give the answer they’r expecting.

What super power would you like to have?

Invisibility. I’d love to be a fly on the wall, even just to listen and understand people better.

What’s your favorite dessert?

Creme Brulee – I make a Maple Creme Brulee that’s to die for! I also make a delicious homemade White Chocolate Pot de Creme. When I go out to dinner I always look on the menu for something I don’t already know how to cook – it gets difficult when you own 150 cookbooks.

Is it ever okay to break the rules?

Break: no. Bend: yes.

Pepsi or Coke?

Pepsi

A teacher.

When you’re 80 what story will you tell your grandchildren?

That Grampie & Mimi met on E-Harmony.

Would you rather be deaf or blind?

Deaf – I have fears of being blind, as I can only see out of one eye.
