Jennifer Porter
Jennifer “Jen” Porter is a lifelong resident of mid-coast Maine with a strong background in customer service within the manufacturing industry. As a seasoned professional, she is known for consistently delivering exceptional support and building lasting customer relationships. Jen has earned a reputation for her ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively, always ensuring that customers feel heard, valued, and satisfied. Drawing on her understanding of yacht craftsmanship and production processes, Jen helps customers understand technical issues clearly and works with internal teams to use that feedback to make products and services better.
Israel Novak
Born and raised in Maine, Israel “Izzy” Novak joined Back Cove Yachts in 2016 after serving in the U.S. Navy. He spent three years in lamination before moving into his current role as Customer Service Representative in 2019. Izzy specializes in technical support, warranty administration, and parts logistics, drawing on his Navy background and deep product knowledge to support owners and dealers alike. Known for his clear communication and collaborative approach, he’s become a trusted resource across the Back Cove network. As he likes to say, “If I don’t have the answer, I almost certainly know the folks who will!”
Jay Bridgforth
Jay Bridgforth joined Back Cove Yachts in 2019, bringing more than 20 years of experience in Quality Management to our team. His career has taken him from dye sublimation print production to medical device manufacturing, where he developed and maintained Quality Management Systems for ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified companies. Here at Back Cove, Jay has been at the helm of many quality initiatives, refining processes and encouraging a culture of continuous improvement. His mission is simple: to help us build the best boats we can and ensure every owner is delighted with their time on the water.
