Back Cove Yachts are powered with a single diesel engine. In addition to the engine, our boats have bow and stern thrusters to help the captain maneuver in the most challenging scenarios.
The photo below shows the stern thruster tunnel mounted to the transom under the swim platform. The transom zinc annode, to which all underwater metals are electrically bonded, is shown to starboard of the thruster assembly.
After seeing this video on the Back Cove 37 Easy Dock System, you’ll wish you had stern thrusters as effective as these.
